Product description

The second volume involves research that addresses two main currents in this philosophy: phenomenology and hermeneutics. Then, the second volume selects a group of contemporary French philosophers who were influenced by German phenomenology (Max Scheler, Husserl, Heidegger, Bernhard Waldenfels) and German hermeneutics (Schleiermacher, Schlaiermacher, Deltay, Gadamer). They adopted unique philosophical paths that enriched these two currents with remarkable richness (Henry Corbin, Emmanuel Levinas, Maurice Merleau-Ponty, Paul Ricoeur, Henri Duhamel, Michel Henry, Dominique Janico, Jean François Mattéi, Jean Grièche, Marc Richet, Jean Louis, Viyar Baron, Jean-Luc Marion, Jean Luy Kertian, Renaud Barbaud, Roge Boyffe). One of the features of these discussions is that they include a single analytical volume that covers all these French philosophers, and at least half of their contributions have not yet been reviewed in a comprehensive, clear, concise, and well-structured philosophical monographic Arab research.
