Product description
The book is based on monitoring the manifestations of documenting the collective memory among Palestinians, whether those who remained in the homeland or those who were forced to leave it, as embodied by the novelist "Rubai Al-Madhoun" in his novel "Fates: The Holocaust and Nakba Concerto," and attempts to explore the components of the collective memory and ways of transmitting and documenting it, and mechanisms of embodying those components through many artistic features that Madhoun resorted to in shaping that memory through his narrative work, whose elements became clear in his use of intertextuality and Palestinian symbols, temporal recall based on the characters' memory, and re-formation of the Palestinian space, among other narrative elements that support the experimental construction of the novel.
