Product description

The tragedy of humanity is that it begins from clay, and that it must occupy its place among the stars afterward. When we reduce life to a job, and it becomes the star around which we revolve, we cancel out a whole human life for it, and for climbing from the eighth grade to the position of general manager. Then the job becomes the slavery of the twentieth century. This was the case with "Othman Bayoumi," who sees himself as only respectable if he becomes a general manager. He spends his entire life striving to reach this position, harnessing all his energies for it, neglecting love and other details that give life meaning. He erases from his life’s vocabulary the meaning of happiness, only to be surprised at the end of his journey that his life has been stolen in pursuit of a fleeting ambition, and that life is too precious to waste on a job title. Our humanity and the details of life are priceless. Then the general manager position comes to him when he is about to leave, without ever tasting the true flavor of life.
