Product description
The book is one in the series "Artiad Al-Afaaq" which aims to revive one of the most prestigious styles of writing in our Arab culture, through presenting the essentials of travel literature, along with revealing unknown texts by Arab and Muslim writers and travelers who traveled the world, documented their diaries and impressions, and conveyed images of what they saw and experienced in its regions. This book will enable the reader to stand on a historical and political impact of a traveler of a different kind, recording what is happening in the Syrian region related to the state of the nation during what is considered the most dangerous period in the history of the Arab region in the twentieth century. This is through two journeys, the first of which was undertaken by Muhammad Rashid Rida after the declaration of the Ottoman constitution in 1327 AH / 1908 AD, during which he visited the Levant and wrote about his visit, with his first journey published in this book.
