Beyond the destruction

This book discusses five important issues: religion – renaissance – the other – identity – heritage, and these are issues that occupied our country in the past fifty years and suffered from a great distortion. Ibrahim Abdel Megid discusses them here through history, reason, philosophy, and facts that have been overlooked. He goes back to the times when they appeared as important issues, how thinking about them developed in society, and then how they were distorted, causing great destruction in the manifestations of life around us. The destruction of any nation occurs when people begin to overlook facts and axioms, and this destruction increases and becomes more certain when these facts and axioms are clear, distinguished, to the point of non-negotiability, then they are overlooked or skipped over, and the entire society enters a state of intellectual chaos, where the general public and thinkers are equal, so that it seems as if you are standing on no land, and behind you is no history.
