Because "creed" in its initial manifestations was guided by a direct submissive model, where revelation at that time was an actual lived experience interacting with the first generation, and where the paths of textual interpretation focused on the logic of the Prophet, peace be upon him, and his application of legislation, in speech, action, and affirmation. And because the first doctrinal disagreement among the Khawarij transferred the creed from a phase of general affiliation to a phase of specific affiliation, and from the phase of creed as an accepted knowledge basis upon which work is founded and movement is built, to the phase of conflict over it and working to re-establish it, it moved from its first foundational era (which practices foundation) to its next development where it became established (which practices foundation). And therefore, this structural functional change was a motive for the completion of this study, issued by the Namaa Center, in which the author monitored the transformations of the "creed" from its initial stages to the subsequent "creedal" phases, distinguishing between them in foundations, functions, methods, and effects, which in turn produced interpretive and hermeneutic frameworks operating within the texts of the Qur'an — aiming to legitimize speech propositions from the foundational text, and thus its opponent becomes a rival to the Qur'an, with the framework cloaking itself behind its "interpretive" agreement with it. The study deliberately aimed to delve into the deep interpretive doctrinal reading of the Qur'anic text by activating the concept of "creedalism" and tracing its manifestations in the interpretation of the Qur'anic text from its various angles. The study addresses: the doctrinal motives behind it, the doctrinal methods producing the operation, then the interactive effects resulting from the motives and methods, and consequently testing the extent to which the Qur'anic text accepts these doctrinal inclinations, and revealing the source of the problem and its roots. Throughout the study, the author seeks to explore the processes of doctrinal influence and impact in Qur'anic interpretation, with the desire to renew perspectives in Islamic legal research and the intersections of its branches, tools, and methods.
