Book Thoughts is one of the most famous works and writings issued by the Egyptian writer and thinker Taha Hussein, to the extent that some considered it one of his best writings and most beautiful linguistically, and the book received great acclaim among intellectuals until today. Taha Hussein's style is characterized by good language and distinctive description, which makes the reader enjoy the language and melt in its beauty, reaching the point of merging with it to the extent that the reader almost neglects or overlooks the idea that the writer discusses. Taha Hussein's books, novels, and all his works are distinguished by great fame and wide spread, to the extent that they have been translated into more than one language and read by thousands of people. The importance of his works has reached the point that they have been discussed and analyzed by many thinkers and critics, to the extent that some of his works have been discussed in important research papers. In the book Thoughts, he offers criticism of some stories that were famous at the time of writing the book, such as Around the World in Eighty Days, Lail Lah Akhar, and other stories. The book also includes a collection of thoughts that ran through Hussein's mind and occupied his thinking, which are also related to literary stories.
