Theoretical studies about social sciences

This book contains four theoretical studies aimed at explaining a number of political and social phenomena that apply to our Arab reality. Shafiq Al-Ghabra discusses in the book the obstacles that limit the development of research in Arab social sciences; he also addresses conflicts of all kinds and their relation to injustice and marginalization; and he discusses in his third chapter ethnically politicized issues and their dimensions related to sectarianism, tribalism, and minorities. Al-Ghabra also focuses in the last chapter on the challenges facing higher education with an American and global nature in the Arab world.
