Introduction to the philosophy of law

When time and fate allowed me to return to the self and free myself from the constraints of employment work, the first thing I thought of was returning to philosophical legal research, so I encountered a book about "The Philosophy of Law," which saw the light more than a decade and a half ago. I turned through the pages of my thoughts and days, and in lost time I read, wrote, and reflected on life, law, and the state, so it became clear to me that returning to the philosophy of law is inevitable, and that relying on a single book that rejects contemplation of human life through the law of man is insufficient. Thus, the second encounter was in a book about "The Philosophy of Law," in which I aimed to present everything in the philosophy of law and to carve a path to reach the data and truths of this philosophical whole. A long journey through law and its philosophy prompted me, despite that, to shed more light on new, renewed pages of the essence of law and justice, so that law in its dimensions, goals, and foundations becomes accessible to every person — citizen and in front of every person — ruler, for judgment by law and obedience to law are embraced by a legitimate authority desired by the citizens and a law crafted by the just. The third encounter was with "Introduction" to the philosophy of law, meaning the citizen and the law student. If it is right and logical that "The Philosophy of Law" is for specialists and experts in law, then it is and will be more beneficial for every citizen, regardless of their position, when they know the law they establish and the justice of their actions. Law is not a word spoken nor a slogan raised, but a life lived with freedom and justice. In this book — the introduction — I did not deviate from adhering to the scientific method in research and presentation, but we adopted "scientific simplification" in form, content, and approach, so that the doors of the philosophy of law are accessible to everyone: legal and political men, intellectuals and citizens, and students of legal and philosophical knowledge. In a world that wants to forget or ignore the law of justice and the justice of law, and nearly loses its human core and moral values, we wrote this work with the spirit of faith in philosophy and law, for they have occupied our days for a long time; philosophy increased our faith in humanity, and law increased our faith in justice.
