Criticism of liberalism

And the reason that made me criticize this political and economic philosophy is that it has now become presented as the only model for managing political and social affairs. Since the end of the 1990s, liberalism has been marketed as "the final religion"! Not only is it presented to non-believers and left to their conviction or lack thereof, but it is also imposed as an obligation with no option. The methods of enforcement have diversified until they reached, at some moments in our contemporary history, direct military intervention, aimed at spreading the "market economy" pattern and the associated political mechanisms and social values. My critique of liberalism does not mean that I oppose the principle of human freedom, or oppose political organization based on democracy; I see them as two necessary conditions for improving reality and regulating its differences and their management. My criticism of liberalism is because, at its core, it is not about liberating the human being, but about liberating capital, transforming it from a tool of production subject to social oversight into a dominant whole entity controlling the economy, politics, and media... and directing the course of human life according to its narrow material logic.
