This product is designated for men and women within a monthly subscription, and it aims firstly to enhance physical fitness and general health, and secondly to change the atmosphere and break the routine through enjoyable and healthy cycling sessions, which last from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the supervisor’s choice based on weather conditions or the time of presence. 1. Flexibility in timing and location: All subscribers are required to adhere to flexibility in the scheduled times to arrive at the location without delay, as the departure time is predetermined between the subscriber and the facilitator. 2. Commitment and reward: Those who renew their subscription receive a discount in the following month. Subscription conditions: Duration: The subscription is on a monthly basis, starting and continuing on specific days. Payment: The amount paid for the subscription is non-refundable. Absence: Missing a specific day is neither compensated nor affects the continuation of the subscription. Withdrawal: If the subscriber wishes to withdraw before or after the end of the month, the paid amount is not refunded, but in circumstances beyond control, half the amount is refunded, or the amount is refunded based on the number of days the bike was not used. Number of subscribers: Acceptance into the group depends on the capacity limit to ensure a comfortable and safe experience. General obligations: Safety first: - All members are preferred to wear full-leg covering clothing to reduce the impact of any fall. - Wear reflective jackets. - Maintain a safe distance from the curb and avoid crowded roads to prevent accidents. - Always follow the right side of the road while cycling and avoid reckless behavior. Respect others: - Keep quiet, avoid disturbing others, and adhere to the general rules of the place. Time: - Commit to the scheduled delivery and departure times, and avoid delays. Rental includes: - Reflective jacket, hand protectors, LED front and rear lights, water. - Helmet upon request. The subscription is suitable for those seeking health, activity, and a fun atmosphere during the month 🌙 Note: The subscription includes 21 days each month. The value of the subscription is calculated only for 21 days. Important note: - Repeated failure to adhere to the subscription conditions or general obligations, or violation of any of the mentioned rules, may lead to the member being excluded from the group or suspension of the subscription without a refund. - All subscribers are responsible for themselves, and neither the store nor the facilitator bears any responsibility for any accident or damage that occurs. Each subscriber is also responsible for the bike assigned to them and its accessories, and in case of any damage (God forbid), the subscriber bears the compensation. - Your payment of the invoice is an acknowledgment that you will not cancel the order and that you agree to the above important note, so please ensure you do not withdraw from the order afterward.
