Terms & Conditions

• The gift card can be redeemed through the Alhadaya Center online store or mobile app.
• The gift card is valid for one-time use only and cannot be reloaded or recharged after redemption.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or converted into a cash balance.
• Gift cards are non-refundable after purchase. Alhadaya Center is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen gift cards.
• If a product purchased using a gift card is returned, the refund will be processed in accordance with Alhadaya Center's Return & Exchange Policy. The refunded amount will be issued as store credit or a new gift card, subject to the applicable policy.
• Customers must be logged into their Alhadaya Center account before completing a purchase when redeeming the gift card online.
• The gift card is valid for one-time use only and cannot be partially redeemed. Any unused balance remaining after the transaction will be forfeited.
• The gift card may be used to pay part of an order. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using one of the available payment methods.
• The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The validity period cannot be extended after expiration.
• By using this gift card, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Alhadaya Center Terms & Conditions.
