Directions for Use:

One capsule daily. The capsule can be opened and its contents placed in cold or warm liquid (water, milk, fruit juice) and it is preferred to be taken with meals.

Warnings and Precautions:

• The product contains live cells (probiotics), sensitive to heat. Do not expose them to heat sources or sunlight, and it is preferred to keep them below 25°C.
