Before the coffee cools, J3 - Toshikazu Kogoshi

In a small back alley in Tokyo, there is a café that has carefully brewed coffee for over a hundred years, but this café offers its customers, in addition to coffee, a unique experience, a chance to travel through time. Just like in the novel "Before the Coffee Gets Cold" in its first part, we read about four new customers, each hoping to benefit from time travel. And in addition to the characters we know from the previous novel, in this story we will get to know: • The man who returned to see his dearest friend who died 22 years ago. • The son who was unable to attend his father's funeral. • The man who traveled to see the girl he did not marry. • And the detective who did not have the chance to give his wife a birthday gift. This simple and beautiful novel contains within its pages the story of people who must face their past in order to move forward in their lives. Kogoshi once again invites the reader to ask themselves: what would you change if you had the chance to travel through time?
