Inspired by a J.F. Schwarzlose fougère fragrance dating back to 1950, FOUGAIR transforms the historical concept into a modern, airy and gender-neutral fragrance. The Maison describes it as clear as a morning in a green meadow, combining a fresh resinous fern effect and clean pink pepper with deeper patchouli and fir facets.
Created by perfumer Véronique Nyberg, FOUGAIR was launched in 2021. Specialist sources classify it as a Unisex Aromatic Fougère, while J.F. Schwarzlose officially characterises the fragrance as Fresh, Green and Spicy.
