Primavera is aromatic in the fullest sense, and Pink Bourbon here is at its clearest. Tangerine opens the cup with a bright, gentle acidity unlike sharper citrus, mango enters with a tropical natural sweetness that gives the cup its body and depth, and rose tea with floral touches provide the aromatic presence that sets this crop apart and makes it memorable after a single tasting. Washed processing keeps the flavors clear and ordered, so the layers neither blur nor hide one another — precisely what a variety as elegant as Pink Bourbon needs. The silky texture stays consistent through to a clean, lingering finish that leaves a distinct floral trace. As the cup cools, the rose grows more present and the coffee reads closer to tea. This coffee suits brewing with V60 or espresso, where its details come through clearly and give a balanced experience in either method. One of the most refined of our Colombian coffees in aromatic character, and plainly at home among our drip coffee beans.
