Indonesia Peach steps outside the usual picture of coffee from the archipelago. Indonesia is known for heavy, earthy cups produced by traditional wet-hulling, and this crop sits at the opposite end entirely: a clean, fruit-forward cup built on infusion processing. Peach opens the experience with a ripe natural sweetness that sets the cup's direction, rock melon follows with light aromatic touches that keep it refreshing, tropical fruits widen the picture and add depth of flavor, and honey closes with a dense sweetness that gives the body its fullness. Typica grown between 1520 and 1770 meters provides a balanced foundation that carries these layers without any one of them taking over. The finish is clean and sweet, leaving a tropical trace. This coffee suits brewing with V60 or espresso, where its details come through clearly and give a balanced experience in either method.
