Blueberry opens the cup with a dark natural sweetness unlike the usual red fruit, blackcurrant follows with a bright, sharp-edged acidity that lends the experience a pleasant tension, and dark chocolate arrives to build a rich body that holds both ends together. Brown sugar closes with a warm sweetness that ties the fruit to the cacao and keeps the cup from splitting in two.
