Introduction:
Recent transformations and changes in the roles of the teacher in the twenty-first century have led to reconsideration of the reason for choosing this profession, as the teacher is no longer just a knowledge transmitter, but new roles have emerged, most notably as an intermediary between students and sources of knowledge, providing them with an appropriate learning environment, and stimulating deep thinking. Therefore, developing teacher preparation institutions has become an important and urgent requirement to achieve comprehensive human development.
In light of the directions of the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the National Transformation Program aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, the Ministry aims to continuously develop and modernize education. Training teachers and developing their performance is among the most important goals the ministry seeks to achieve in its future vision; so that teachers are not limited in horizons in an era where sciences and knowledge are increasing rapidly, and to ensure teachers are highly capable and efficient, and actively contribute to driving national development. The success of comprehensive development in any country depends on the efficiency of its human resources.
The necessary skills for teachers are determined with every development in teaching models, methods, strategies, or developments in curricula and courses, such as the development of social and national studies curricula in Saudi Arabia, which has undergone fundamental changes, transforming from separate subjects into integrated unified curricula based on an integrated approach in curriculum development, except for the secondary stage.
Social and national studies teachers are a fundamental element in the success of the educational and learning process. To invest the school's capabilities, they must be provided with the necessary experiences that make them more capable of acquiring these experiences. Here, selecting a competent teacher and preparing her comprehensively in cultural, educational, and academic aspects before and during her entry into the teaching profession is essential. A well-prepared teacher can help make students' abilities more receptive and open.
This program has been carefully designed to combine theoretical and practical aspects, where concepts will be presented clearly, with opportunities for practical application to ensure deeper understanding of the content. We hope this program will contribute to developing participants' knowledge and skills, and motivate them to enhance their role in providing more impactful education for adults.

(See appendices — Training bag covers) The booklet will be professionally printed and packaged at the organizer’s expense, with the printing cost deducted from the course revenues.
Training program evaluation and assessment tools:
1. Evaluation tools by the trainer and course management:
Training is a performance gap filler, and for the training program to succeed, a system of factors contributes to its success: the trainer, course management, services, training hall, training bag, training objectives, trainees, internal and external training environment. The course is evaluated before, during, and after, with a pre-meeting to confirm training needs, objectives, review the program, and assign tasks (see appendices — pre-program evaluation meeting). A daily meeting is held 15 minutes after the end of each training day, lasting 30 minutes, including the trainer, the training team, the program manager, and the services manager, to review the day’s program and discuss improvements for the next day (see appendices — daily evaluation meeting). A final meeting is held after the program ends for an hour to evaluate the program and include recommendations for improvement in future presentations (see appendices — final evaluation meeting).
Initial evaluation relies on the expectation board and trainee experience forms (see appendices — expectation board and trainee experience form), filled out before the program begins. During and after the program, evaluation depends on observation, measurement, daily trainee evaluation forms, and the evaluation board.
2. Evaluation tools by trainees:
a. Experience forms (see appendices — expectation board and trainee experience form)
b. Daily and final evaluation forms (see appendices — training program evaluation form)
c. Daily evaluation board (see appendices — daily evaluation board)
d. Suggestion box (see appendices — suggestion box)
These evaluation tools are studied periodically and analyzed using Excel daily (see appendices — evaluation form analysis).
Conditions for passing any training program:
To obtain a certificate of successful completion, the participant must:
* Attend at least 90% of the training hours.
* Actively participate in all training activities.
* Pass the training tests designed by the trainer.
Regulations to consider during training organization:
1. The trainer is the team leader in the training program, representing the team leader, with the right to request everyone to increase effort and performance.
2. The course coordinator or director should hold a briefing session with the trainer at least one day before the program begins, explaining participant backgrounds, training needs, main issues faced by them and their community, including religious, sectarian, cultural, economic, social, and occupational backgrounds.
3. A daily evaluation session is held at the end of each training day, including the trainer, course director, and coordinator, to review trainee and trainer comments and improve the course.
4. Smoking inside the training hall, corridors, or restrooms is strictly prohibited, especially for the administrative, marketing, and training staff.
5. All training, administrative, and marketing team members must respect prayer times and perform prayers in congregation with trainees, as they serve as role models; prayer will be immediately performed upon the call to prayer, with no delay or interruption.
6. No one other than the trainer is allowed to enter the hall without special permission, and the trainer has the sole right to determine entry.
