The interest in types of leadership and their manifestations continues within many behaviors and ideas, such as spiritual, authentic, servant leadership, and others. Researchers have benefited from the concept of agility in the production process to refer to behaviors of agile leadership, characterized by helping and respecting individuals, supporting them, focusing on work progress, possessing a future vision, clear goals, and continuous commitment. Agile leadership works to increase performance levels, accelerate achievement through operational efficiency, administrative flexibility, smart human investment, technology employment, and creating a flexible organizational culture. Agility is a key element for achieving high performance, as agile organizations are characterized by tactical sensing, ready cadres, awareness of their capabilities, financial flexibility, quick communication, contingency plans, future forecasting, strategic awareness, operational efficiency, and adaptability, thus achieving strategic leadership for the organization, which is an essential element in organizations of this era dealing with a complex, rapidly changing, and uncertain environment.
