Appointment for examination

Pre-treatment consultation service before hair treatment (whether hot or herbal): (‎The consultation is free with any selected service, but without a service it costs 49 riyals.. and the appointment duration is ten to twenty minutes at most). We check the scalp to see if it needs cleaning or not, and whether your hair needs chemical removal or bond building, and if your hair is currently ready for treatment or needs rest. We explain a routine for you to follow for a period, then we decide on the treatment. A consultation is necessary before the treatment appointment, (because we do not work with hair whose condition we do not know beforehand). The reason is that treatment appointments take 3 hours or more, possibly up to 6 hours depending on hair length and density. We need to see your hair before setting an appointment, because if your hair cannot be treated (according to its condition and problem), it helps us keep the appointment and avoid wasting booked hours without benefit for both parties.
