Booking Mechanism To ensure the session is suitable for the beneficiary's needs and to achieve the maximum benefit, the booking process follows these steps: Contact customer service to request the advisory session. Send a customized form to clarify the topic of the consultation, the nature of the challenges or questions raised, and the goals of the session. The request is reviewed by the expert to assess the appropriateness of the case for the service and to ensure the possibility of providing real value to the beneficiary. If the request is accepted, the beneficiary is notified, and the booking and payment procedures are completed. After payment is completed, the appointment is confirmed and a link to the session is sent. Important notes The expert reserves the right to decline some requests if it becomes clear that the nature of the case is outside the scope of the service or does not match the type of consultation provided, in order to maintain service quality and achieve the desired benefit.
