Yirgacheffe-Ethiopian decaffeinated in an organic way - 250 grams

Ethiopian coffee from the Yirgacheffe region and processed by natural drying, decaffeinated in a natural organic way, by steaming the coffee with water vapor until the pores open, then soaking it in a previous coffee rinse to achieve natural reverse osmosis without chemicals. Ethyl acetate (the additive in the solution) is a natural compound found in most fruits, which is why this method is called natural and organic for decaffeination. The acetate solution binds to the caffeine during soaking, and after washing, the caffeine is removed with the solution. In this way, the coffee beans are decaffeinated without chemicals and preserve the natural flavors of the coffee.
