Program topics: First unit: (Fundamentals of pronunciation in Arabic) Introduction to Arabic pronunciation for non-speakers • Challenges faced by non-Arabic speakers in learning pronunciation. • The difference between Arabic letters and sounds of other languages. • The importance of correct pronunciation in understanding and communication. Articulations and characteristics of sounds • Introduction to basic articulations (pharyngeal, labial, dental). • Practical exercises on difficult sounds (ع، ح، ق، ض، ط). • Comparison between Arabic sounds and their equivalents in other languages. Second unit: (Strategies and applications for improving pronunciation) Strategies for improving pronunciation for non-Arabic speakers • Repetition and imitation as tools to strengthen pronunciation. • Using audio-visual aids (audio recordings, videos). • Effective listening strategies for correct imitation. Applying pronunciation in daily situations • Exercises on greetings and daily communication. • Using common phrases correctly. • Simulating practical dialogue situations (shopping, school, work).
