Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings may be canceled up to 72 hours before the experience for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the experience are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Group Size

Each experience is limited to a maximum of 6 guests.

3. Arrival & Departure

Guests are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. The experience will depart as scheduled and cannot be delayed for late arrivals.

4. Clothing & Footwear

Comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for walking on uneven or rocky terrain are recommended.

5. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Guidly reserves the right to postpone or cancel the experience due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Safety & Guest Responsibilities

Guests must follow the organizers’ safety instructions throughout the experience, particularly when walking near mountain edges or on uneven terrain. Guests are responsible for informing the organizers in advance of any relevant accessibility needs or dietary restrictions.

7. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Guidly is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the experience for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional content should inform the organizers before the experience begins. Guidly will respect applicable consent and privacy requirements.

9. Respect for Others & the Environment

Guests are expected to respect fellow participants, local customs, the natural environment, and the organizers’ instructions throughout the experience.

10. Changes to the Experience

The itinerary and activities may be adjusted when necessary for safety, weather, or operational reasons. Guidly will make reasonable efforts to preserve the overall experience and its key inclusions.
