Conditions for issuing the health certificate: ✔️ Medical examination at an accredited center by the Ministry of Health. ✔️ Passing the health education test (when a health education center is available in the city). ✔️ Verification of personal data via the "Yaqeen" service at the Ministry of Interior (automatically). ✔️ The profession must be related to public health or food activities (such as chefs, barbers, restaurant workers). ✔️ Verification of the shop license and worker’s profession according to the municipality’s requirements. The fee for the health certificate: Municipality fee (issuance): usually between 60 to 150 Saudi Riyals depending on the activity and region. Medical examination cost: generally between 150 to 200 Saudi Riyals depending on the medical center. Penalty for not renewing a health certificate after expiration can reach up to 1000 Riyals if work continues without renewal.
