Pressed from the ancient and rare Canino (Caninese) olive variety, cultivated since Etruscan times on the slopes of Monte Canino (hence the name), with only 2,000 bottles produced.

This exceptional organic olive oil captures the region’s distinctive terroir—Mediterranean climate and volcanic soils—from the Papacchini family’s olive grove. The organically grown olives are harvested very early to deliver an intense grassy and green-apple profile and an impressively high polyphenol level.

All our extra virgin olive oils are estate olive oils with 100% traceability. Producers must meet our strict quality requirements, and the olive oils are pressed within 24 hours of harvest—only the best make it into our annual selection.
