Sara as she is

The novel "Sarah as She Is" by writer Jassim Imran embodies the story of a girl born different, bearing on her body a white tattoo of vitiligo as a sign of divine selection. Next to her stands a slow-learning father, adding a deep human dimension to the story about the meaning of patience and the strength of endurance in the face of society's harsh looks. "Sarah" was not presented in the guise of false heroism, but written with her weakness and rebellion, and for this honesty, she appeared close to the heart. The novel sheds light on an important segment of society, casting its shadow on the reader with a hidden message: "That in our difference there is selection, and in our wounds, love that cannot be seen with the eye." It is a rich social novel full of lessons and morals, leaving you with a profound question about self-acceptance. Jassim Imran Book Land
