Land of dreams, Captain Hook story

We all know the story of the famous pirate who is chased by a crocodile that makes the sound of a ticking clock.. that pirate who hates lost children who live in a land where they never grow up. Before the events of this story, another story happened to a boy who was deprived of the chance to become a lost boy living in "Dreamland." This boy hated his life in London, so he left to join a pirate crew out of his strong desire to return to "Dreamland." This pirate turned into a captain, and headed to the land where children never grow up, which was for him the only place where he felt a sense of belonging. However, returning to "Dreamland" came at a high price, especially for a man who had no choice but to grow up. This new novel in the "Disney Villains" series by Serena Valentino invites readers to discover the other side of this extraordinary pirate's life, for perhaps he was just a lost boy all along.
