Is life really short

Life is very troubling, and short for those who forget the past, neglect the present, and fear the future. And when the grip of death's chains is judged, miserable people will realize that they were busy with nothing. And the fact that they excuse themselves with death does not prove that their lives were long; rather, their ignorance cast upon them restless feelings that made them throw themselves in front of the things they fear most. The days seem long to them, they complain about the slow passing of daytime hours, and they do not know how to get rid of it to make time pass. They want to jump over those days in various ways. And any delay in the awaited events causes boredom for them. However, the time of true joy is short and swift, because they rush from one to another for fun and cannot stay at one desire. Reflect on the work you have accomplished in this long life, and how many people have robbed you of your life without your awareness.
