Desire for money

Who among us does not know the story of Aladdin who used the magic lamp to solve his problems and fulfill all his wishes? But few have been stopped by the idea that Aladdin may have released the genie from his lamp at some point, as the lamp itself became a source of worry, tension, and fear due to the danger of theft. This is what prompted Aladdin to set the genie free, who decided to stay in service to Aladdin because of his noble efforts and good morals. We can compare the magic lamp and its ancient genie to abundant wealth, which many boast about for its ability to solve all financial problems and fulfill all desires; this same ability becomes a source of worry and disturbance at a certain point, just like the magic lamp in Aladdin’s case. Also, money will always be at our service when we act wisely and are masters of it. Each of us actually has his own magic lamp, and this magic lamp that will solve all our financial problems is nothing but our thinking. Our thinking is what gives us the ability to achieve financial independence and wealth if we can direct it properly. Intellectual submission to the environment is the main cause of the financial paralysis that many suffer from, and the lack of financial culture in most families increases financial hardship even if strong sources of income are available. Imagine yourself in a barren desert amid sand dunes or in the middle of a raging sea with crashing waves. Can you enjoy this vast expanse if you have no destination to head toward? Many people's lives are like this—lacking any meaning, joy, or pleasure, with no goal to aspire to.
