The novel begins with a mysterious mission, where the narrator is assigned to monitor Hisham. Thus, without introductions, fast-paced events start filled with characters intertwined and stories entangled. The narrator takes us on his journey to the city center where Hisham's workplace is, and his colleague Jihan. We go with him to Angrita, the narrator's residence, which is a village that decided to turn into a city, an arbitrary ugly place that many do not actually know exists, and Sambu bar, the place of daily gatherings. The story revolves in a nested narrative circle that grows as we delve into the details, written with a frantic rising rhythm in which Sobhi Musa managed to attract us from the first lines. In an astonishing mission, we get involved with him and the work's heroes, going back and forth from the middle of the capital to the outskirts of the city, a journey through the city culturally before it is a spatial journey. Author: Sobhi Musa. Number of pages: 328.
