This is a biography that is not only interesting but also unique. The content of this unique biography should be known by the youth for two main reasons: the first is that it represents a wonderful model of struggle and success. The biographer's owner was orphaned but relied on himself early on, so he joined the Teachers' Institute to achieve quick results. And upon achieving this goal, he was not satisfied with it but continued to pursue general education at night until he obtained the high school diploma, then enrolled in the College of Engineering and completed the study of architecture with excellence, which enabled him to be sponsored abroad. He obtained a master's degree from Harvard University and a doctorate from MIT. Then he returned and headed the Department of Architecture from which he graduated, and he was chosen as an undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.
