Outlands by Amouage is a deep woody and ambery fragrance built around striking contrasts of bright citrus, spices, patchouli, resins and oud. It opens with cardamom, bergamot, lemon, Sichuan pepper, elemi and frankincense. The heart develops with patchouli, rose, orange blossom, cumin, geranium, davana, saffron, anise and coriander, before settling into an opulent base of benzoin, labdanum, amber, ambergris, frankincense, opoponax, vanilla, birch, musks and oud. A sandalwood and oakwood infusion patina adds further depth and complexity.
