FAQ

Q: What age group is this plane suitable for?

A: Per the product data, it's suitable for ages 14 and up. Since it has fast-spinning propellers and motors, we recommend adult supervision during use — especially on first attempts — and avoiding pointing the plane at faces, eyes, or other people while flying.

Q: How long does it fly on a single charge, and how long does a full charge take?

A: Flight time and charging time aren't specified in the product data available to us. Please contact Ahlam Store customer support to confirm these details before purchasing if they matter to you.

Q: What exactly does the warranty cover?

A: The product lists an "operational warranty only," meaning it covers basic functional faults but typically doesn't cover breakage or damage from drops, crashes, or misuse. We recommend handling the plane carefully, especially during takeoff and landing, to avoid this kind of damage.

Q: Can the plane be flown in rainy weather or near water?

A: Water resistance isn't mentioned in the product data, so it's best to avoid flying it in rainy conditions or near bodies of water to protect its electronic components.
