FAQ

How long does a full charge take, and how long does it run on a single charge?

The product listing does not specify the exact full charging time or continuous runtime in detail. We recommend contacting Ahlam Store customer service for these details if they matter to your purchase decision.

Can the device be used with liquids other than water, such as cleaning solutions?

The product information describes its use with water for spraying and cleaning purposes, and does not explicitly confirm whether other cleaning liquids or chemicals can be used. We recommend using only water unless the supplier or customer service confirms otherwise, to avoid any potential damage to the device.

Can this device serve as a substitute for medical patient-care equipment?

The product listing mentions "patient care" as one of the device's general personal-hygiene uses, but it is a general-purpose spray and cleaning device, not a certified medical device. For any specific healthcare needs, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare provider to determine its suitability.

Is the 1.1-meter hose long enough for all uses?

This length suits most close-range spraying tasks, but it may be limited for some applications that require a longer reach, such as washing a large car from a single position.

Is the device fully water-resistant in all its parts?

The product listing does not specify an exact water-resistance (IP) rating for its electronic components, such as the battery and charging port. We recommend avoiding fully submerging the device in water and keeping the charging port dry during use.
