70 grams of ground date seed Method of use: Take from one to two tablespoons of date seed and add to it one and a half cups of oil (castor oil or sweet almond oil or coconut oil or other oils), and leave in an airtight container for about 30 days / or do a water bath for the oil for three days and on the fourth day use it by applying it to your hair and leave it for two hours without covering the head.. once or twice a week
