The MECHANIC UV50 flux paste is the smaller size in the well-known UV series (UV50/UV80), built for mobile phone motherboard repair, computer repair, and precise PCB, BGA, and SMD soldering. Its formula is rosin-based and halogen-free, with a neutral pH that won't corrode or damage ICs or boards.
It offers high insulation resistance and leaves a smooth, clean soldering surface, with a boiling point only slightly higher than the melting point of solder, delivering bright, full joints without voids or cold soldering. One of its standout features is its no-clean formula — no need to wipe away residue afterward, saving a full step and speeding up the repair process.
It comes in a smaller metal (aluminum) case than the UV80 version (approximately 40g), suited for technicians who want a manageable amount for daily use without it running out too fast or drying up before use.
