The MECHANIC UV80 flux paste is a highly synthetic solder paste, built for mobile phone motherboard repair, computer repair, and precise PCB, BGA, and SMD soldering. Its formula is rosin-based and halogen-free, with a neutral pH that won't corrode or damage ICs or boards.
It offers high insulation resistance and leaves a smooth, clean soldering surface, with a boiling point only slightly higher than the melting point of solder, delivering bright, full joints without voids or cold soldering. One of its standout features is its no-clean formula — no need to wipe away residue afterward, saving a full step and speeding up the repair process.
It comes in a metal (aluminum) case that keeps the paste protected from contamination and drying out, suited for repeated use in professional repair workshops.
