Product description

The ANDELI AZ-7310 is a mechanical limit switch featuring a metal pin plunger with a threaded mounting section, locking nuts, and washers. The threaded assembly allows the actuator position and mounting height to be adjusted to match the moving component.

It is designed to detect a machine part reaching a selected position or the end of its travel. Pressing the plunger changes the state of the internal contacts, and the switch automatically returns to its normal state when the pressure is removed.

DC Application: This switch can be used in low-power DC circuits, including control circuits, signal systems, sensors, Arduino, ESP32, and relay applications. Always follow the specified DC voltage and current ratings, as DC switching capacity is lower than AC switching capacity. It is not recommended for directly switching high-current DC loads or motors without a suitable relay or contactor.

Contact Connections

The switch commonly uses three internal terminals:

  • COM: Common terminal
  • NO: Normally open contact
  • NC: Normally closed contact

Use COM with NO to close the circuit when the plunger is pressed. Use COM with NC to open the circuit when the plunger is pressed.

Check the terminal markings or verify the contacts with a multimeter before wiring.

Wiring Instructions

Disconnect the electrical supply and open the wiring cover. Pass the cable through the side entry and connect the required terminals:

  • COM and NO for circuit activation when pressed.
  • COM and NC for circuit interruption when pressed.

Secure the wiring and close the switch housing before restoring power.
