Requirements: • The husband and wife must be Saudi nationals. • The husband's age must be between 21 and 40 years old, and the wife's between 18 and 40 years old. • The marriage must be the man's first. • The applicant must have at least a high school diploma. • No more than one year should have passed since the marriage contract from the date of application. • Monthly income should not exceed 4,000 riyals. • The dowry should not exceed 50,000 riyals. • Priority for children of martyrs, orphans, and people with special needs.
