Overview of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation: It is a set of electronic services that work to enable people with special needs and disabilities in the form of a financial aid paid monthly. ((Beneficiaries of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation)) Severe physical disabilities such as severe double amputation and quadriplegia or cerebral palsy or limb atrophy, dual disabilities such as intellectual disability with blindness or intellectual disability with deafness and muteness or paralysis with blindness, and other dual disabilities. Moderate or severe intellectual disability ((Requirements of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation)) The age of injury or disability at the time of occurrence should not exceed 45 years.
