This service allows you to issue a breeder record for beneficiaries. • Citizens • Citizens' conditions: The beneficiary must have livestock, horses, or birds. • Accuracy must be observed when entering personal data before submitting the request. • The request must be directed to the veterinary clinic that covers the livestock within its administrative service area. • Accepting the request may require a field visit to the livestock site. I, the applicant, pledge that the data provided in the request are correct, and I bear full responsibility if they are proven to be incorrect before the competent authorities. After submitting your request for the service, you will be contacted via WhatsApp. Note* • To know the issuance of a breeder record, it is necessary to request a social case study package to determine the appropriate support for you. • The service does not include any fees issued by the platform during or after completing the service or any other platform. • The study period for the request after submission is from 5 to 7 working days, excluding Friday and Saturday.
