The Dual-Scarf School for Memorizing the Holy Qur'an in Hail, a charitable women’s school dedicated to teaching the Book of Allah to different age groups through a distinguished administrative and educational staff. It is the only school in Hail District. The school was opened in 1418 AH. Over 24 years, the Dual-Scarf School has received many shields and certificates of appreciation from the center for achieving top ranks in administrative, educational, and pedagogical aspects. The school has produced a large number of Qur'an teachers and a group of Khateemat (those who have completed the Qur'an) in the association. They also participate with their students in the verse recitation exams at the association level and pass successfully. During its previous years, about 4,000 students studied at the school, memorizing approximately 180,000 Juz. The school aims to meet its financial needs through sponsoring the circles or sponsoring the students so it can attract the largest number of students and achieve quality in teaching the Book of Allah.
