Indigo suede is a rare colour in luxury flats. It is deeper than sky and lighter than navy, occupying a region where the field is less crowded. The Summer Charms slide in indigo. Other colours sit in Loro Piana.
A colour between two colours
Most blue shoes are either pale sky or dark navy. Indigo stands between them, saturated enough to be noticed and dark enough to remain serious.
Suede deepens it further, because the short nap produces gradations that make the colour look alive rather than flat.

What we noticed on inspection
The indigo graduates clearly with the direction of the nap, reading lighter one way and darker the other. That is what gives the surface a sense of movement. We noticed the contrast with the brown footbed is stronger here than in the pale colours, and it works in the pair's favour. The sole is finished underneath. Sizing runs true. The Swagyo WhatsApp concierge settles the size before ordering.
What it works with
With white, beige, linen and jeans. The other colours sit in Loro Piana, or sandals and flats for a wider range.
