No entry after 1:00 PM*** From 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. *** Water games are available for additional charges. *** Please bring all your personal swimming belongings. *** The doors open at 10:00 am and close at 1:00 pm, and no entry will be allowed after that. Please do not use Henna products. Wearing water shoes is mandatory (WATER SHOES). Terms and instructions: (1) Acceptance of the place as is with its facilities (2) Maintaining cleanliness of the site and placing waste in designated areas (3) Not causing any disturbance or harm to neighbors or encroaching on their boundaries or property (4) Full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that occur on the site (God forbid), including drowning in the pool or sea (due to lack of fencing, protection, or lifeguard) and other incidents (jet skis, kayaks, sea activities). We are not responsible for any of these. (5) Photography is strictly prohibited to preserve visitors' privacy, except under supervision of a staff member on-site. Violating this will result in confiscation of the phone and deletion of photos if found, and it will be returned at the gate upon exit. (6) Full responsibility for all personal belongings; the management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items (7) Smoking in all forms is prohibited in all facilities, including enclosed rooms, bathrooms, sandy beach, around the pool, on the platform, and allowed only in the terrace area (8) Follow safety and security rules, and preserve property, buildings, and public facilities, and use them properly (9) Comply with Saudi Arabia’s laws and regulations, and do not collect donations, discuss politics, or engage in activities or topics contrary to religion or public morals. I accept responsibility and penalties for violations of these rules and instructions. (10) Staff are present to maintain cleanliness; they are not for personal service (11) Registering information and paying fees does not guarantee entry until the information is verified at the entrance gate for final approval (12) If any of these conditions are violated, the site management has the right to remove the visitor without liability and without refund of any paid amounts "Communication with jet ski or boat riders by any means is prohibited as it disturbs our visitors and poses a danger to them while swimming." "Entry of vehicles inside the site and unloading at the gate is prohibited if the driver is a man, to respect privacy." Refund policy: You can request a refund through Salla’s website; customer service must be notified (at least 24 hours in advance) via WhatsApp or Instagram to process the refund. No refunds or rescheduling are available for same-day cancellations. No refunds or rescheduling if the reservation is not canceled and the visitor does not show up. In case of same-day cancellation due to weather conditions (heavy rain only), the paid amount will be credited as a balance that can be used within two weeks from the original booking date. If new guests arrive at the beach and find the site unsuitable for any reason, they must immediately notify the management and supervision team and vacate the site within half an hour of entry to receive a full refund. If they stay longer than half an hour, the paid amount will not be refunded.
