Please do not use blood of the gazelle products. Please bring water shoes. Terms and instructions: (1) Acceptance of the place as is and with its facilities (2) Maintaining the cleanliness of the site and placing waste in designated areas (3) Not causing any disturbance or harm to neighbors or encroaching on their boundaries or properties (4) Full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that occur at the site (God forbid), including drowning in the pool or sea (due to lack of fencing, pool protection, or lifeguard) and other incidents (jet ski, kayak, water games). We are not responsible for them. (5) Photography is strictly prohibited to preserve visitors' privacy, except under the supervision of a staff member on site. Violating this, I agree to have the phone confiscated and photos erased if found, and to receive it at the gate upon exit. (6) Full responsibility for all my personal belongings, and the site management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. (7) Smoking in all forms is prohibited in all facilities including enclosed rooms, bathrooms, sandy beach, around the pool, on the platform, and allowed only in the terrace area. (8) Follow safety and security rules, and preserve property, buildings, and public facilities, and use them properly. (9) Follow the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia, and do not collect donations, discuss political topics, or engage in activities contrary to religion or public morals. I am responsible for any violations and fines regardless of their type. (10) Female staff are present to maintain cleanliness and are not for personal service. (11) Registering information and paying fees does not guarantee entry until the information is verified at the entrance gate for final approval. (12) Non-compliance with any of these conditions gives the management the right to remove the visitor from the site without liability and without refund of any paid amounts. "Communication with jet ski or boat riders by any means is prohibited as it disturbs our visitors and poses a danger to them while swimming." "Car entry inside the site is prohibited; stopping at the gate if the driver is a man, to respect privacy." Refund policy: You can refund the purchase amount from the Salla website. Customer service must be notified via WhatsApp or Instagram to process the refund. No refunds for cancellations on the same day. Cancellations are only accepted 24 hours in advance. No refunds if the reservation is not canceled and the visitor does not show up. In case of same-day cancellation due to weather conditions (heavy rain only), the paid amount will be credited as a balance that can be used within two weeks from the original reservation date. If new guests arrive at the beach and find the site unsuitable for any reason, they must immediately notify the management and supervision team and vacate the site within half an hour of entry to receive a full refund. If they stay longer than half an hour, the paid amount will not be refunded.
