Terms and instructions: (1) Acceptance of the place as is with its facilities (2) Maintaining cleanliness of the site and disposing of waste in designated places (3) Not causing any disturbance or harm to neighbors or encroaching on their boundaries or properties (4) Full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that occur at the site (God forbid), including drowning in the pool or sea (due to lack of fencing and protection on the pool and no lifeguard) and other incidents (jet ski, kayak, sea games), and we are not responsible for them (5) Photography is strictly prohibited to preserve visitors' privacy, except under the supervision of a staff member on site. Violating this, I agree to have the phone confiscated and photos deleted if found, and to receive it at the gate upon exit (6) Full responsibility for all my personal belongings, and the site management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items (7) Smoking in all forms is prohibited in all facilities including enclosed rooms, bathrooms, sandy beach, around the pool, on the platform, and allowed only in the terrace area (8) Follow safety and security rules and maintain property, buildings, and public facilities, and use them properly (9) Follow the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia, and do not collect donations, discuss politics, or engage in activities or purposes contrary to religion or public morals. I accept responsibility and fines for violations of these rules and instructions regardless of their type (10) Female staff are present to maintain cleanliness and are not for personal service (11) Registering information and paying fees does not guarantee entry until the information is verified at the entrance gate for final approval (12) Failure to comply with any of these conditions grants the site management the right to remove the visitor from the place without any responsibility and without refund of any paid amounts **It is forbidden to contact any way with jet ski or boat riders as this disturbs our visitors and poses a danger to them while swimming.** **Car entry inside the site is prohibited, and unloading at the gate if the driver is a man, to respect privacy.** Refund policy: The purchase amount can be refunded via Salla website (within 24 hours), and customer service must be notified via WhatsApp or Instagram to process the refund. No refunds for same-day cancellations. No refunds if the reservation is not canceled and the customer does not show up. In case of same-day cancellation due to weather conditions (heavy rain only), the paid amount will be credited as a balance that can be used within two weeks from the original reservation date. If new guests enter the beach and find the site unsuitable for any reason, they must immediately notify the management and supervision team and vacate the site within half an hour of entry to receive a full refund. If they stay longer than half an hour, the paid amount will not be refunded.
