No entry after 1:00 PM*** From 9 am to 6 pm. ***Water games are available for additional fees.*** Please bring all your personal swimming belongings. ***The doors open at 9 am and close at 1 pm, and no entry will be allowed after that. Please do not use henna products. Wearing water shoes is mandatory (WATER SHOES).*** Terms and instructions: (1) Acceptance of the place as is with its facilities (2) Maintaining cleanliness of the site and disposing of waste in designated areas (3) Not causing any disturbance or harm to neighbors or encroaching on their boundaries or properties (4) Full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that occur on the site (God forbid), including drowning in the pool or sea (due to lack of fencing, protection around the pool, or lifeguard) and other incidents (jet ski, kayak, sea activities). We are not responsible for any of these. (5) Photography is strictly prohibited to preserve visitors' privacy, except under supervision of a staff member on site. Violating this will result in confiscation of the phone and deletion of photos if found, and it will be returned at the gate upon exit. (6) Full responsibility for all personal belongings; the site management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. (7) Smoking of all kinds is prohibited in all facilities, including enclosed rooms, bathrooms, sandy beach, around the pool, on the platform, and allowed only in the terrace area. (8) Follow safety and security rules and preserve property, buildings, and public facilities, and use them properly. (9) Follow the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia; do not collect donations, discuss politics or related topics, or use the site for activities or purposes that violate religion or public morals. I am responsible for any fines or penalties resulting from violations of these rules and instructions. (10) Staff on site are there to maintain cleanliness and are not for personal service. (11) Registering information and paying fees does not guarantee entry; entry is only allowed after verifying the information at the entrance gate. (12) If any of these conditions are not met, the site management has the right to remove the visitor without responsibility and without refund of any paid amounts. **"It is forbidden to contact jet ski or boat riders in any way, as this disturbs our visitors and poses a danger to them while swimming."** **"Car entry inside the site is prohibited; unloading at the gate if the driver is a man, to respect privacy."** Refund policy: You can request a refund of the purchase amount from Salla's website, and customer service must be notified (at least 24 hours in advance) via WhatsApp or Instagram to process the refund. No refunds for cancellations on the same day. No refunds if the reservation is not canceled and the customer does not show up. In case of same-day cancellation due to weather conditions (heavy rain only), the paid amount will be credited as a balance that can be used within two weeks from the original reservation date. If new guests arrive at the beach and find the site unsuitable for any reason, they must immediately notify the management and supervision team and vacate the site within half an hour of entry to receive a full refund. If they stay longer than half an hour, the paid amount will not be refunded.
