No entry after 12:00 PM from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.* Water games available for an additional fee.* Please bring all your personal swimming items.* Doors open at 9:00 am and close at 12:00 pm, and no entry will be allowed after that. Please do not use blood of the gazelle products. Please bring water shoes. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult family member at the pool or beach areas. There is no lifeguard on duty. Entry fees: Mother 250 SR Child: 100 SR Nanny: 100 SR (ONLY ONE NANNY IS ALLOWED PER FAMILY) Babies under 3 years free Boys over 11 years are not allowed. Entry fee: 250 SR mother, 100 SR child (3-11), free for children under 3 years. Boys over 11 years are not allowed. Nanny 100 SR. Terms and instructions: (1) Acceptance of the place as is and with its facilities (2) Maintaining cleanliness of the site and disposing of waste in designated areas (3) Not causing any disturbance or harm to neighbors or encroaching on their boundaries or properties (4) Full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that occur on the site (God forbid), including drowning in the pool or sea (due to lack of fencing, protection, or lifeguard), and other incidents (jet ski, kayak, sea games). We are not responsible for any of these. (5) Photography is strictly prohibited to preserve visitors' privacy, except under the supervision of a staff member on site. Violating this will result in confiscation of the phone and deletion of photos if any, and it will be received at the gate upon exit. (6) Full responsibility for all personal belongings, and the site management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. (7) Smoking in all forms is prohibited in all facilities, including enclosed rooms, bathrooms, sandy beach, around the pool, on the platform, and allowed only in the terrace area. (8) Follow safety and security rules, and preserve property, buildings, and public facilities, and use them properly. (9) Follow the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia, and do not collect donations, discuss politics or similar topics, or use the site for activities or purposes contrary to religion or public morals. I am responsible for any violations and fines regardless of their type. (10) Staff on site are for maintaining cleanliness and are not for personal service. (11) Registering information and paying fees does not guarantee entry until the information is verified at the entrance gate for final approval. (12) Non-compliance with any of these conditions grants the site management the right to remove the visitor from the site without any responsibility and without refunding any paid amounts. Refund policy: The paid amount can be refunded through Salla website, and customer service must be contacted via WhatsApp or Instagram to process the refund. No refunds are available for same-day cancellations. No refunds for no-shows or failure to cancel the reservation. In case of same-day cancellation due to weather conditions, the paid amount will be credited as a balance that can be used within two weeks from the original booking date. If new guests arrive at the beach and find the site unsuitable for any reason, they must immediately notify the management and supervision team and vacate the site within half an hour of entry to receive a full refund. If they stay longer than half an hour, the paid amount will not be refunded.
